Come down the trainers' yards (even before you join!) - when you want, you'll be made welcome - and see the Club horses power up the gallops, or schooled over hurdles.

  • The structure is that you become a shareholder in a limited liability company with a share certificate of ownership. There is no VAT charged on a Club share, 100% of funds go towards buying and training the Club horses! All Club horses run under the banner of Group 1 Racing (1994) Ltd.

The Group 1 Racing Club has been granted a small lotteries license and will raise circa £200,000 per annum for the Club to buy and fund the training of Listed and Group Class horses, as with Linpac West in the past. The Club will also raise several thousand pounds for Racing Charities, the 1st being Greatwood Caring for Retired Racehorses. Click here for details of the 1st raffle.
